Culture and development of good HRM practices in Africa Case of a qualitative study in Moroccan companies
Main Article Content
Abstract
We propose to bring through this article, cross views of the literature deciphering the influence of the cultural dimension on HRM practices within companies. We analyze this influence, as a brake or lever in the case of Moroccan companies. To do this, we use a prospective qualitative methodology based on the statements of 45 expert players, chosen from various sectors of socio-professional activities. We will ultimately seek to understand and explore the mental representations that experts have of managerial practices underpinned by the cultural dimension.
