Abstract

A training institution in the broad spectrum of business management is by definition open to the outside. Its socio-economic environment and its obligatory administrative ties constitute its natural space during and after the deadlines of its training cycle; as well as all the inherent difficulties that go with it. But an institution is not only that. It also has an internal life and specific problems that mark its functioning and determine its performance. Better still, these are issues that affect the quintessence of his training, as much as they induce a reflection on the nature of his service delivery and the meaning of his courses.

We can thus count, with a certain freedom of identification and classification, three levels of major difficulties: The type of approach for setting specific objectives; the rules adopted in terms of human resources management; and the appropriate communication method.
