This fourth issue of the Journal of Quality in Education (JoQiE) contains papers selected by an international scientific council, we would like to thank for the strong collaboration of all its members. The articles address three domains of concern at the highest level all stakeholders in the educational system: Benchmark in Education, towards a comprehensive education systems and the management by indicators.
